• 예수님께서 베드로의 부인을 미리 말씀하신 것은 회개하도록 하심이다.
• 신자에게 하나님의 은혜로 성경 말씀이 주어졌다.

2. 베드로가 예수님을 모른다고 세 번 부인했다.

• 베드로는 예수님을 위하여 목숨을 버리겠다고 장담했지만, 결국 예수님을 모른다고 했다.
• 신자도 깨어 기도하지 않으면 실패할 수 밖에 없다.

3. 베드로가 닭 울음소리에 예수님의 말씀을 기억하고 회개했다.

• 베드로가 닭 울음소리를 듣고 밖으로 나가 통곡했다.
• 신자가 성경말씀을 기억하고 회개하는 것은 하나님의 은혜이다.

우리는 하나님 아버지께서 선택하신 하나님의 백성이다. 우리는 예수 그리스도를 믿어 구원 받은 하나님의 자녀이다. 우리는 성령의 도움을 받는 하나님의 가족이다.

• It is through God’s grace that the word of God is given to believers.

2. Peter denied Jesus three times.

• Although Peter asserted that he would even give his life for Jesus, he denied knowing Jesus.
• Believers will also fail if we are not awake in prayer.

3. Peter remembered Jesus’ words as the rooster crowed and repented.

• Once Peter heard the rooster crow, he went outside and wept bitterly.
• It is God’s grace for believers to remember the word of God and repent.

We are the chosen people of God our father. We are God’s children through our faith in Jesus Christ. We are God’s family, receiving help from the Holy Spirit.
