2016년 성탄절 예배 모습

2016년 12월 25일 성탄주일예배를 은혜가운데 드렸습니다. 특별히 오늘 예배에는 이민재 형제님의 아름다운 찬양특송으로 다함께 하나님의 축복을 사모하는 마음을 나눴습니다.

Christmas day was a Sunday this year and we spent a wonderful time worshipping our Lord. A special song was presented by Minjae during the service, and we were able to share our desire and thankfulness for God’s blessings and grace.

 

 

예배후에는 맛있는 닭불고기 점심을 함께 나누며 성탄 크래커를 통해 기쁨을 함께 나누었습니다. 우리 모두 왕관을 쓴 모습이 꼭 천국잔치의 모습을 보는 것 같습니다. 하나님 나라의 왕관을 함께 쓰며 기쁨의 날을 기대하며 살길 소망합니다.

After the worship service we shared in fellowship through a delicious Korean lunch. We also shared in Christmas crackers and the little gifts of paper crowns in them. Seeing us all in crowns reminds us of the day that we will be called sons and daughters of the King of Kings. Let us all remember and look forward to that day as we live our lives.

제목: 임마누엘 (마 1:18-25)

  1. 하나님께서 우리와 함께 계시기 위해 인간이 되셨다.
  • 하나님께서 함께 계시며 교제하시기 위해 사람을 창조하셨다.
  • 죄에 빠진 인간을 구원하시기 위해 예수 그리스도께서 오셨다.
  1. 예수 그리스도께서 우리를 구원하시기 위해 십자가에서 죽으셨다.
  • 예수님께서 십자가에서 죽으셔서 죄 값을 치렀다.
  • 예수 그리스도를 구세주와 주님으로 믿으면 영생을 누린다.
  1. 예수 그리스도께서 부활하셔서 영원히 우리와 함께 하신다.
  • 부활하신 예수님께서 제자들과 세상 끝날까지 함께하신다고 약속하셨다.
  • 예수님께서 약속하신 성령께서 성도들과 늘 함께 하신다.

“오직 성령이 임하시면 너희가 권능을 받고 예루살렘과 온 유대와 사마리아와 땅 끝까지 이르러 내 증인이 되리라 하시니라” (행 1:8)

 

Title: Immaneul (Matthew 1:18-25)

  1. God became human so He could be with us.
  • God created humans to be with them, and have a relationship.
  • Jesus came to this world to save the humans.
  1. Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us.
  • Jesus died on the cross and paid for our sins.
  • If we believe in Jesus Christ as our Saviour and Lord we receive eternal life.
  1. Jesus Christ was resurrected and is with us forever.
  • The resurrected Jesus told His disciples that He will be with them always until the end of the age.
  • The Holy Spirit promised by Jesus is always with us.

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

2016년 12월 25일 주일예배는 한시간 앞당긴 12시에 드리게 됩니다. 잊지 마시고 시간에 맞춰 오셔서 예수님 탄생의 기쁨을 함께 나누는 시간 되시길 바랍니다.

2016년 12월 31일에는 송구영신예배가 오후 11시 반에 있습니다. 한해를 돌아보며 감사드리는 시간, 그리고 내년에 주실 하나님의 축복을 사모하며 기대하는 시간 되시길 바랍니다.

On Christmas day, 25th of December, our worship service will start at 12:00PM. Please come in time to celebrate and share in the joy of the birth of Jesus Christ.

On the last day of 2016, 31st of December, we will be having our end of year service at 11:30PM. It will be a time of reflection and thanksgiving for 2016 as well as a time to look forward to the blessings of 2017. Please join us in giving the start and end of the year to God.

2016년 12월 18일에는 온 성도들이 함께 예배 후 삼겹살을 먹으며 교제를 했습니다. 그리스도안에서 참으로 한 가족 된 질롱침례교회 모든 성도님들이 함께 음식을 나누며 교제하는 가운데 사랑이 더 자라는 것 같습니다. 성탄절과 연말을 맞이하여 많은 성도님들이 집으로, 휴가로 떠나면서 조금은 허전한 마음도 있지만 어느 곳에서도 하나님을 예배하는 귀한 성도님들이 되시길 바랍니다.

On Sunday the 18th of December, we had a pork belly feast for lunch. Geelong Korean Baptsit Church has become a true family in Christ, and our love for one another is growing everyday through our sharing of meals. Many are leaving during this time to return back home for Christmas and New Years, and although the church building might seem a bit empty, we pray that everyone will be praising God wherever they are.

2016년 성탄축하행사

2016년 12월 17일 토요일 저녁에는 영어교회와 함께 성탄축하행사가 있었습니다. 금년 성탄축하행사에서는 짧은 성탄 연극과 함께 작은 게임들을 통해 성탄절의 의미를 느끼며 함께 시간을 나누는 귀한 시간이었습니다. 귀한 시간을 준비해 준 영어교회에 감사를 드리며 내년에는 더 많은 성도님들이 함께 참여하는 시간이 되길 기도합니다.

On the evening of the 17th of December, there was a Christmas party at Manifold Heights Baptist Church. We went on a journey on the Mano train to see a play about Christmas and also participated in small games to remember and share the true meaning of Christmas. We thank Manifold Heights Baptist Church for organising such a precious time and pray that next year more people will be able to come and share together.

  • Those who believe and follow Jesus as Christ and Lord will receive eternal life.
  1. Disciples of Jesus love Him.
  • Jesus heard Peter’s confession of love.
  • All believers confess their love to Jesus through worship.
  1. Disciples of Jesus do the work of Jesus Christ.
  • Jesus gave the work of shepherding to Peter.
  • All believers follow Jesus’ in His works.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

2016년 12월 11일 야외예배

2016년 12월 11일에는 야외예배를 함께 드렸습니다. Barwon Valley Park에서 자연과 함께 예배를 드리고, 예배 후에는 맛있는 바베큐를 함께 나눴습니다. 오늘은 특별히 몇달간 함께한 사무엘 형제가 군입대를 위해 한국으로 돌아가기 전 마지막 예배였습니다. 많이 아쉽지만 축복기도와 함께 한국으로 파송합니다. 오늘 야외예배 준비를 위해 수고하신 모든 성도님들께 감사드립니다.

11th of December was a picnic Sunday, where we were able to enjoy the nature whilst praising God. We gathered together at Barwon Valley Park to enjoy the scenery and also the sounds of the birds. The BBQ afterwards was very tasty too. It was a special occasion today as it was Samuel’s last Sunday before he leaves for Korea to serve in the Army. We were very sad but we send him off with prayers of blessings and look forward to when he comes back. Thank you very much for all who helped in preparing for a great day out.
