• 신자들은 예수 그리스도 이름으로 구제와 돌봄 사역에 앞장서야 한다.

2. 도르가는 죽었다가 살아나는 기적의 주인공이 되었다.

• 도르가는 병들어 죽었으나 베드로가 기도함으로 살아났다.
• 모든 신자들은 영적으로 죽었다가 살아난 사람들이다.

3. 도르가를 통해 많은 사람이 예수 그리스도를 믿었다.

• 도르가가 죽었다가 살아남으로 많은 욥바 사람이 예수님을 믿었다.
• 신자들의 변화된 삶과 증거로 사람들이 예수 그리스도를 믿는다.

“내 아버지의 뜻은 아들을 보고 믿는 자마다 영생을 얻는 이것이니 마지막 날에 내가 이를 살리리라 하시니라” (요 6:40)

Title: Disciple Dorcas (Acts 9:36-43)

1. Dorcas was a disciple of Christ putting the new commandments of Jesus in practice.

• Dorcas was always doing good and helping the poor, acting in love.
• Believers should take the lead in doing good and helping the poor in the name of Jesus Christ.

2. Dorcas experienced the miracle of coming back from the dead.

• Dorcas became sick and died but through Peter’s prayer, became alive again.
• All believers have spiritually died and become alive again.

3. Through Dorcas many believed in Jesus Christ.

• Through Dorcas’ coming back from the dead, many people in Joppa believed in Jesus.
• Through our transformed life and evidence many people believe in Jesus Christ.

“For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believe in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day” (John 6:40)
