  1. 하나님께서 처음부터 우리를 선택하셨다.

* 하나님께서 태초에 우리를 그의 백성으로 선택하셨다.

* 우리는 하나님께서 선택하셨음을 마땅히 감사해야 한다..

  1. 예수 그리스도께서 우리를 대속하여 구원하셨다..

* 예수 그리스도께서 십자가에서 우리를 대신하여 죽으심으로 우리의 죄가 사해졌다.

* 우리는 예수 그리스도께서 이루신 구원을 마땅히 감사해야 한다.

  1. 성령께서 우리를 거룩하게 하신다.

* 성령께서 하나님의 백성에게 예수 그리스도를 믿게 하고, 거룩하게 하신다.

* 우리는 성령께서 도우심으로 거룩하게 됨을 마땅히 감사해야 한다..

“ 그러므로 형제들아 굳건하게 서서 말로나 우리의 편지로 가르침을 받은 전통을 지키라” ( 살후 2:15 )

 

Title: Ought to thank God (2Thessalonians 2:13-15)

  1. God chose us from the beginning.

* God chose us as His people from the beginning.

* We ought always thank God for being chosen..

  1. Jesus Christ saved us.

* Our sins are forgiven because Jesus Christ died on the cross instead of us.

* We ought always thank Jesus Christ for salvation.

  1. The Holy Spirit sanctifies us.

* The Holy Spirit helps the people of God to believe Jesus, and sanctifies us.

* We ought always thank the Holy Spirit for sanctification.

“  So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold fast to the teaching we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.” (2Thessalonians 2:15)

제목: 미혹되지 말라! (Do not be deceived)

제목: 미혹되지 말라! (살후 2:1-12).

  1. 성령으로 깨어 있어 영적인 것을 분별하여야 한다.

* 사탄은 악령의 역사를 통하여 사람들을 미혹한다..

* 우리가 예수 그리스도 안에서 성령으로 충만하면 악령을 분별할 수 있다.

  1. 하나님의 말씀을 바로 알아 거짓말을 물리쳐야 한다.

* 사탄은 거짓 사상과 말로 사람들을 미혹한다..

* 우리가 성경을 체계적으로 알면 잘못된 사상과 교훈을 물리칠 수 있다.

  1. 건강한 교회 공동체에 속하여 이단을 경계해야 한다..

* 사탄은 성경을 잘못 이해하게 하여 사람들을 미혹한다.

* 우리가 건전한 교단에 속한 목회자의 지도를 받으면 이단을 경계할 수 있다.

“ 그러므로 내 사랑하는 형제들아 견실하여 흔들리지 말고 항상 주의 일에 더욱 힘쓰는 자들이 되라 이는 너희 수고가 주 안에서 헛되지 않은 줄 앎이라”(고전 15:58)

 

Title: Do not be deceived (2Thessalonians 2:1-12)

  1. We need to be awake in the Holy Spirit so we can discern spiritual matters.

* Satan deceives people through the work of evil spirits.

* When we are filled with the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ, we can discern evil spirits.

  1. We need to know the word of God to defeat lies.

* Satan deceives people through false ideology and lies.

* When we know the Bible properly, we can defeat false ideology and teachings.

  1. We need to be part of a healthy church community and be on guard against heresy.

* Satan deceives people through misinterpretation of the Bible.

* When we are guided by ministers from accredited denominations, we can be on guard against heresy..

“  Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. “(1 Corinthians 15:58)

제목: 박해와 환난을 이기는 신자 (살후 1:5-12).

  1. 예수 그리스도께서 박해와 환난을 이기는 신자를 그의 나라에 합당한 자로 여기신다..

* 예수님을 구주로 영접한 하나님의 자녀는 당연히 박해와 환난을 이겨낸다.

* 그리스도인들은 박해와 환난을 통하여 그들의 신앙이 검증 받는다.

  1. 예수 그리스도께서 박해와 환난을 이겨낸 신자에게 영원한 안식으로 보상하실 것이다.

* 예수님께서 심판 주로 오셔서 박해와 환난을 견딘 신자들에게 안식을 주신다.

* 그리스도인들은 영원한 천국을 소망하며 박해와 환난을 이긴다.

* Children of God who have accepted Jesus as Saviour will certainly overcome persecution and trials.

* Jesus will return as Lord of Judgment to give peace to believers who have overcome persecution and trials.

* Christians can persevere in persecution and trials through their hope in eternal heaven.

  1. Jesus Christ will allow believers who have overcome persecution and trials to take part in His glory.

* Paul thanked God that the Thessalonian church loved one another.

* Our love for each other should also increase in God.

  1. The church endured amidst persecution and trials.

* Paul boasted of the Thessalonian church who endured amidst persecution and trials.

* We should pray for believers who are persecuted and be proud of them.

We should endure hardship.

“For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you? Indeed, you are our glory and joy. “(1 Thessalonians 2:19-20 )
