1. 보이지 않는 것들이 더 중요한 것이다.(산소, 믿음, 하나님)

* 귀신과 마귀는 실재하며, 성경에 많은 사건들이 기록되어 있다.

* 우리는 우울함이나 분노를 주는 악한 영들을 예수님 이름으로 대적해야 한다.

2. 마귀의 궤계를 대적하기 위해 하나님의 전신갑주를 입어야 한다.

* 마귀에게 속아 수많은 죄와 악행들이 저질러졌다.

* 우리는 기도와 말씀, 그리고 목회자의 도움을 받아 분별해야 한다..

3. 주 안에서 그리고, 그 힘의 능력 안에서 강건해져야 한다.

* 생각과 마음을 비우는 명상이나 요가는 영적인 위험이 있다.

* 우리는 혈육이나 외부적인 적이 아니라 악한 영들과 영적 전투를 해야 한다.

“ 우리의 싸우는 무기는 육신에 속한 것이 아니요 오직 어떤 견고한 진도 무너뜨리는 하나님의 능력이라 모든 이론을 무너뜨리며 하나님 아는 것을 대적하여 높아진 것들을 다 무너뜨리고 모든 생각을 사로잡아 그리스도에게 복종하게 하니”

1. Things we cannot see are more important.(oxygen, faith, God)

* Evil spirits and the devil exist, and are recorded in many occasions in the Bible.

* We should fight against the evil spirits that bring depression and anger with the name of Jesus.

2. We have to be clothed in the full armor of God to stand against the devil’s schemes.

* Uncountable amount of sin and evil conduct was committed through the schemes of the devil.

* We should discern through prayer, Bible, and the pastor’s help.

3. We should become strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

* Meditation or yoga that promotes emptying of thoughts and mind can be spiritually dangerous.

* We should fight not against flesh and blood, but against the evil forces in spiritual warfare.
