1. 예수님께서 은혜로 백부장의 요청을 들어주셨다.

• 예수님께서 이방인인 백부장의 요청이지만 그의 집으로 가셨다.
• 우리는 어떤 사람일지라도 구원의 은혜를 받을 수 있음을 믿어야 한다.

2. 예수님께서 말씀으로 백부장의 종을 고치셨다.

• 예수님께서 하나님의 권능으로 병을 낫게 하셨다.
• 우리는 질병의 치료를 통해 하나님의 구원을 믿어야 한다.

• We should believe that anyone can receive the grace of salvation.

• Jesus is the powerful God who heals.
• We should believe in God’s salvation through healing.

3. Jesus praised the centurion’s faith in love.

• Jesus saw the actions and words of the centurion as faith, and praised him.
• We should have the faith that is praised by Jesus.

“These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith – of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire – may result in praise, glory and honor when the Jesus Christ is revealed.” (1 Peter 1:7)
