1. 예수님께서 슬픔과 절망에 빠진 사람을 찾아가신다.

• 예수님께서 외아들이 죽어 슬퍼하며 절망한 과부를 찾아가셨다.
• 우리는 죄인을 구원하러 오신 예수님을 믿어야 한다.

2. 예수님께서 위로의 말씀을 하시고, 슬픔의 근원을 해결하신다.

• 예수님께서 과부를 위로하셨고, 그의 죽은 아들을 살리셨다.
• 우리는 슬픔을 위로하시고, 절망을 희망으로 바꿔주시는 예수님을 믿어야 한다.

3. 예수님께서 그가 하나님의 아들, 메시아라고 말슴하셨다.

• 사람들은 예수님을 선지자로 알았으나, 예수님께서 그가 메시아임을 말씀하셨다.
• 우리는 예수님 만이 영생을 주시는 구원의 하나님으로 믿어야 한다.

“내가 진실로 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 내 말을 듣고 또 나 보내신 이를 믿는 자는 영생을 얻었고 심판에 이르지 아니하나니 사망에서 생명으로 옮겼느니라”

1. Jesus came to those who are in sorrow and despair.

• Jesus came to the widow who lost her only son.
• We should believe in Jesus who came to save us.

2. Jesus comforts, and resolves the source of sadness.

• Jesus comforted the widow and raised her dead son.
• We should believe in Jesus who comforts us and changes our sorrow to joy.

3. Jesus said He is the Messiah, the Son of God.

• People knew Him as a prophet but Jesus said He was the Messiah.
• We should believe in Jesus as the God of Salvation.

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.” ( John 5:24 )
