1. 하나님께서 새로운 길로 이끄시고자 가는 길을 막으신다.
   • 바울 일행은 전도여행 길에서 성령의 저지로 다른 지역으로 돌아     드로아까지 갔다.
   • 우리는 가는 길을 하나님께서 막으시면 돌아서 가야 한다.   
2. 하나님께서 새로운 길로 이끄시고자 멈추어 기다리게 하신다.
   • 바울 일행이 드로아에서 더 이상 육로 길이 없으므로 한 동안 마물렀다.
   • 우리는 가는 길이 완전히 막히면, 모든 것을 멈추고 기도해야 한다.
3. 하나님께서 새로운 길로 이끄시고자 그 길을 보여주신다.          
   • 바울 일행이 드로아에서 하나님께서 보여주신 그 길로 즉시 출발했다.
   • 우리는 하나님께서 새 길을 보여주시면 즉시 순종해야 한다.

Title: God’s Guidance to a New Way (Acts 16:6 – 10)

1. God blocks a way to guide to a new way.

• Paul and his companions were blocked by the Holy Spirit in their mission trip, so they were detoured to Troas.
• When God blocks our way we should detour.

2. God makes us stop and wait to guide us to a new way.

• Paul and his companions stayed in Troas for some time as there was no other inland way.
• When our way is blocked completely, then we should stop everything and pray.

3. God reveals the way to guide us to a new way. 

• Paul and his companions immediately left for the way revealed by God in Troas.
• We should also obey immediately when God shows us a new way.

   • 바울이 바나바와 의견차이로 헤어지고, 예루살렘에서 온 실라를 만났다. 
   • 우리는 헤어진 사람을 원망하거나 후회할 필요 없이 새로운 만남을 기대해야 한다.
2. 하나님께서 믿음의 사람에게 새로운 동행자를 만나게 하신다.
   • 바울이 예루살렘에서 온 실라를 택하여 함께 전도여행을 떠났다.
   • 우리는 하나님께서 새로운 동행자를 만나게 하셨음을 믿어야 한다.
3. 하나님께서 새로운 동행자와 함께 하나님의 뜻을 이루게 하신다.
   • 새로운 동행자들과 함께 복음을 전하여 교회를 세웠고, 세워진 교회들을 견고하게 했다.
   • 우리는 교회 공동체에서 하나님의 사랑을 실천하며, 복음을 전하고 가르치는 사역을 해야 한다.

Title: A New Companion (Acts 15:36 – 41)

1. Our life journey is a continuance of meeting and parting with companions. 

• Paul and Barnabas parted after a disagreement, and they met Silas from Jerusalem. 
• We should not blame or regret those we have parted with, but have anticipation for new meetings.

2. God allows people of faith to meet new companions. 

• Paul chose Silas from Jerusalem to leave on the mission trip together. 
• We should believe that God will allow us to meet new companions.

3. God makes us achieve God’s will with new companions.

• Paul evangelized with new companions to build and strengthen churches.
• We should practice God’s love, evangelize, and teach in the church community.

   • 종교적 의식을 행하기보다 복음을 믿어야 한다.
2. 복음은 모든 민족에게 전해져야 한다.
   • 예루살렘 회의에서 모든 민족이 복음전도의 대상임을 결의했다.   
   • 우리는 모든 민족에게 복음이 전해지도록 기도하고, 후원해야 한다.
3. 복음은 각 나라 언어로 전파되고, 다양한 문화를 포용한다.
   • 예루살렘 회의에서 유대인의 문화를 고려할 것을 결의에 첨부했다.
   • 우리는 각각의 모국어로 복음을 듣도록 해야 하고, 다양한 문화를 포용해야 한다.

Title: Decision at the Jerusalem Council (Acts 15:22-29)

1. The gospel is more than religion.

• The Jerusalem council decided that circumcision is unnecessary.
• We should believe in the gospel rather than observing religious rituals.

2. The gospel should be proclaimed to all people.

• The Jerusalem council decided that all people are objects for evangelism.
• We should pray and support the proclamation of the gospel to all people.

3. The gospel is proclaimed in each language, and embraces diverse cultures.

• The Jerusalem council included in their decision that the Jewish culture is considered.
• We should proclaim the gospel in every mother tongue, and embrace the diverse cultures.

바울의 편지 목적은 교회의 모습과 연결해 생각해 볼 수 있다.

1. 마음에 위안

*  미소, 친절한 말, 찬송과 설교도 위로의 도구다.

*  설교를 하나님 말씀으로 받기 위해 노력해야 한다.

2. 사랑 안에서 연합

*  잘못된 율법주의는 사랑을 막는다.

*  남을 판단하는 것은 교만이며 월권이다.

3. 확실한 이해의 모든 풍성함

* 바울은 진리를 기록했고 그것이 교리로 정립되었다

Title: The True Church (Col. 2:1-3)

Paul’s purpose for his letter can be connected to the true church. 

1. Encouraged in heart

* Smile, friendly comments, praise, and sermon are all tools of encouragement. 

* We should try to hear the word of God through the sermon. 

2. United in love

* Legalism obstructs love.

* Judging others is arrogance and overstepping our authority.

3. Full riches of complete understanding * Paul recorded the truth and it became established as doctrine

1. 복음을 받아들인 사람들을 다시 찾아 권하고 격려했다. 
   • 바나바는 복음을 전했던 지역으로 다시 가서 제자들을 권하고 격려했다.
   • 우리는 새로 믿는 사람들을 하나님 말씀으로 잘 양육해야 한다.
2. 교회 지도자들을 세워 교인들을 잘 돌보도록 했다.  
   • 바나바가 각 교회 장로들을 세우고 성도들을 돌보게 했다.  
   • 우리는 목회자의 지도를 받아야 하고, 지도자들로 세워져야 한다.
3. 전도활동을 보고하며 기도했고, 다음 전도여행을 준비했다. 
   • 바울과 바나바가 안디옥 교회에 전도활동 보고를 하고 그 교회에 있었다.
   • 우리는 복음전도 이야기와 선교여행 간증들이 교회에 가득 차게 해야 한다.

Title: End of Evangelism Trip (Acts 14:19 – 28)

1. They visited the people who accepted the gospel to strengthen and encourage them. 

• Paul and Barnabas revisited the cities they evangelised to strengthen and encourage the disciples.
• We should nurture the new believers in the word of God. 

2. They appointed leaders in the church to take care of the believers.

• Paul and Barnabas appointed elders in each church to take care of the believers.
• We should be guided by the pastors, and be appointed as leaders. 

3. They reported on their evangelism activity, prayed, and prepared for the next evangelism trip. 

• Paul and Barnabas reported their evangelism activity to the Antioch church and stayed there. 
• We should fill the church with stories of evangelism and mission.
