On the 5th of November we celebrated the birthdays of HyunSook and Stephen. It was a joyful time sharing the celebrations together as a family.
2017년 6월 11일 주일에는 새로운 가족이 방문했습니다. 강정우 성도님과 함께 오신 유동우 성도님을 환영합니다.
We welcome Dongwoo, who visited us on Sunday with Jeungwoo.
이번 주일에는 고야의 생일을 축하하는 특별한 시간도 가졌습니다. 축하의 케익을 나눠주신 고야네 가족에게 감사드리고, 함께 축하하며 좋은 시간을 가질 수 있는 질롱침례교회 가족들을 축복합니다.
It was also Koya’s birthday this weekend, and we celebrated it with some special cake. We thank Koya’s family for sharing such a beautiful cake with us, and we bless our Geelong Korean Baptist Church family who shared in the celebrations.
점심교제 후에는 강당에서 몇몇 성도들과 어린이들이 함께 운동을 통해 교제를 즐겼습니다. 몸도 마음도 영혼도 모두 건강한 질롱침례교회 성도님들 되길 축복합니다.
After lunch we also enjoyed some sporting activities together. We bless all our church members to be healthy in their body, spirit and mind.
2016년 9월 18일 주일은 예배 후 특별한 점심을 먹었습니다. 에일린 자매의 생일을 맞이하여 맛있는 식사를 대접받은 질롱침례교회 교인들은 기쁨이 넘쳤습니다. 맛있는 불고기와 후식으로는 싱싱한 딸기까지 풍성한 식탁을 대접해 주신 에일린 자매 가족께 감사드립니다.
18th of September was another special lunch after the service. It was Eileen’s birthday, and to celebrate with the Geelong Korean Baptist Church members, she served us with a tasty lunch including fresh strawberries for dessert.
신자훈련 후에는 교회 몇몇 가족들이 모여서 저녁까지 함께 했습니다. 하루종일 너무나 배불리 먹여준 에일린 자매의 가족에 하나님의 풍성한 축복이 있길 기도합니다.
After our bible study some church members joined for dinner as well. We thank Eileen’s family for serving us with delicious food for the whole day, and we pray that God’s abundant blessings are filled in her family.
이번주일은 특별히 최이레 청년의 생일을 맞이하여 즐거운 교제의 시간이 있었습니다. 특별한 잔치 음식과 함께 속 안이 색색깔의 보기에도 즐겁고 맛도 있는 케익과 청년들이 가지고 온 간식을 나누며 삶을 나누는 귀한 시간을 주신 하나님께 감사드립니다.
This Sunday we had a special lunch as it was Jireh’s birthday this week. We celebrated her birthday with a cake that was so pretty on the inside and out. With a delicious lunch, pretty and tasty cake and even some biscuits our young adults brought to share, we thanked God for our precious fellowship and the times we share together.
2016년 4월 10일 주일 점심은 목사님 생신을 맞이하여 사모님께서 준비해주셨습니다. 메뉴는 소불고기와 회! 최효인 자매의 생일도 함께 축하했는데요, 다같이 함께 모여 식사를 나누며 케익을 자르니 더 큰 기쁨이 됩니다.
It was a special lunch today celebrating the 60th birthday for Rev Choe, and a 33rd for Joyce. The menu was Korean bulgogi and salmon sashimi. It’s such a joy to be able to share special days with special people sharing special dishes. We invite you all to join us for another great lunch next Sunday after the service.
사랑하는 오성훈, 에일린 가정의 둘째 딸 진솔이의 첫 돌잔치를 했습니다. 토요일에는 가족과 친지들이 모여 함께 잔치를 하고, 주일에는 교회 점심을 맛있게 베풀어주셨습니다. 진솔이가 더 하나님 안에서 사랑받는 딸로 자라나길 함께 기도하면서 즐거움을 함께 나눌 수 있는 질롱침례교회를 허락하신 하나님께 감사드립니다.
We celebrated the first birthday of Claudia, the second daughter of Nick and Aileen. On Saturday we celebrated with family and close friends, and on Sunday they served a delicious lunch to all the church members. We pray that Claudia will be a loving child in the eyes of God, and we are thankful to God for allowing Geelong Korean Baptist Church to share the joys together.
3번째 생일을 맞은 오사랑 어린이의 생일을 맞아 오늘은 맛있는 케익과 함께 점심을 나눴습니다. 특별한 날들을 사랑하는 교회 식구들과 함께 나눈 오사랑 어린이의 가족을 축복합니다.
It was a special day today at Geelong Korean Baptist Church as we celebrated with a birthday cake. A special day shared with loving people is the best type of celebration.
